Canada Zinc Metals arranges $3-million placement CZX.v, TNR.v, BLS.to, LUN.to, QUA.to, FCX, CUU.v, DON.v, BWR.to, CS.to, BHP, RTP, RIO, IMN.to,

"CZX’s Cardiac Creek deposit (Akie property) represents one of the top 10 largest undeveloped zinc deposits on the planet. The deposit is very good grade with a very high grade section within it that could be mined first (quicker payback of capital). CZX also has a very large prospective land package – this represents a district scale opportunity in mining friendly BC, Canada. Infrastructure in the area is relatively advanced (full road access, railway, power facility, deep sea port). Neighboring property / deposits owned by big players Teck Resources and Korea Zinc. We are going to China to visit Tongling and other Chinese companies next week for further discussions on our project development"

"Tongling exercises its warrants at 20% premium to the market today (0.50CAD) - it is a very positive sign of commitment. Now Chinese company holds 17.5% in Canada Zinc Metals CZX.v, when will they bid for the whole company? Another important shareholder is Lundin Mining LUN.to With new Bailout in Europe direction is to Inflation and Commodities are the place to be. Another company we are following here is engaged in this Chinese M&A in Canada story: TNR Gold Corp. with International Lithium Corp. where CZX has a stake. Will shareholders in TNR Gold wake up one morning with new Chinese connection one day?"

With recent market meltdown Canada Zinc Metals provides another very good Entry point into this Chinese M&A play in Commodities in Canada. Markets are signaling that risk appetite could be back now and Company reports that after Chinese Tongling has exercised their warrants at 0.6CAD it was able to secure another sizable financing at that level with more than 20% premium to the market.

2010-05-27 07:44 ET - News Release
Mr. Peeyush Varshney reports
CANADA ZINC METALS ANNOUNCES NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT
Canada Zinc Metals Corp. has arranged a private placement of five million units at a price of 60 cents per unit for gross proceeds of up to $3-million.
Each unit will consist of one common share and one-half share purchase warrant of the company. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional common share at a price of 80 cents for a period of 18 months from closing.
A finder's fee of 7 per cent will be paid on the private placement. The private placement is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
The proceeds of the private placement are anticipated to be used for further exploration of the Akie Sedex zinc-lead deposit and for working capital purposes.
About the Akie and Kechika regional properties
The Akie zinc-lead property is situated within the southernmost part (Kechika trough) of the regionally extensive Paleozoic Selwyn basin, one of the most prolific sedimentary basins in the world for the occurrence of Sedex zinc-lead-silver and stratiform barite deposits.
Drilling on the Akie property by Inmet Mining Corporation during the period 1994 to 1996 and by Canada Zinc Metals since 2005 has identified a significant body of baritic zinc-lead Sedex mineralization (Cardiac Creek deposit). The deposit is hosted by variably siliceous, fine-grained clastic rocks of the Middle to Late Devonian Gunsteel formation. The company has outlined an NI 43-101-compliant inferred resource of 23.6 million tonnes grading 7.6 per cent zinc, 1.5 per cent lead and 13.0 grams per tonne silver (at a 5-per-cent zinc cut-off grade).
Two similar deposits, Cirque and Cirque South Cirque, located approximately 20 kilometres northwest of Akie and owned under a joint venture by Teck Resources and Korea Zinc, are also hosted by Gunsteel rocks and have a combined geologic inventory in excess of 50 million tonnes (not 43-101-compliant) grading approximately 10 per cent combined zinc and lead.
In addition to the Akie property, Canada Zinc Metals controls a large contiguous group of claims which consist of the Kechika regional project. These claims are underlain by geology identical to that on the Akie property (Cardiac Creek deposit) and Cirque. This project includes the 100-per-cent-owned Mt. Alcock property, which has yielded a historic drill intercept of 8.8 metres grading 9.3 per cent zinc and lead, numerous zinc-lead-barite occurrences, and several regional base metal anomalies.
All of the company's claims (77,889 hectares), with the exception of a small isolated block (2,293 hectares), are in good standing, under the provisions of the Mineral Tenure Act of British Columbia, until Dec. 8, 2018."

Los Azules: TNR Gold Files Full Response to Minera Andes' Statement of Claim TNR.v, MAI.to, CZX.v, NG.to, LUN.to, ABX, AUY, AEM, BVN, VALE, RTP, FCX,

"In our quest for the new Bulls ignited by Peak Oil and new disruptive transformational technologies we can not avoid old solid Copper play. Electricity is the most convenient form of energy available to us, it could be generated by using different sources, it could be transported and it could be transformed in another form of energy or to power different devices from A/C to iPod. Now we have means to store it, game has been changed in Energy Business with development of lithium batteries powerful enough for mobility applications. Electric cars is the new game in town and we have defined our Lithium Bull on supply side for Energy Storage applications."
"More on Los Azules
Value of the prise in the ground at Los Azules is rising with every drill hole. It is very important to see that the best grade was in a step out hole 300m to the North - we have a very big chances of increasing size of the deposit at Los Azules. The step out hole 51 and majority of the High Grade Core of the deposit are located on Xstrata's part of the property, back in right into which is now the subject of legal dispute between TNR Gold, Xstrata and Minera Andes."
Interesting - it is the only comment we can make...now we can finally see the legal position of TNR Gold in this litigation process, history of relationship between Xstrata and Minera Andes and what has happened according to lawyers of TNR Gold behind the curtain. We guess that TNR Gold litigation team with George K. Macintosh, Q.C, from Farris, who signed the Statement of Defence, will not allow any baseless conclusions and they have discovered some evidence to the actions described in article 15. These actions give an interesting interpretation to the true intentions and motivations of the different parties involved in the case if provided statements will be proven to be true in the court. Logic of waiving feasibility study and 5 million dollars in trust account to exercise the back-in right are described in details as well. We will refer you to the legal disclosure in the News Release.
We have a position in this company, please, do not consider anything as an investment advise, as usual, on this blog.

Press Release Source: TNR Gold Corp. On Monday May 17, 2010, 11:29 am
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - May 17, 2010) - TNR Gold Corp. (TSX VENTURE:TNR - News) and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Solitario Argentina S.A. (collectively, "TNR"), have filed an Amended Statement of Defence and Counterclaim in the Supreme Court of British Columbia responding in detail to the Statement of Claim filed by Minera Andes Inc. and certain related entities (together, "Minera Andes").
As disclosed in our April 23, 2010 press release, TNR notified Minera Andes that it was exercising its back-in right for 25% of certain of the properties constituting the Los Azules project in Argentina (the "Los Azules Project"). Minera Andes is contesting TNR's ability to exercise its back-in right.
The Amended Statement of Defence sets out, among other things, TNR's position as to why the back in clause in the May 2004 Exploration and Option Agreement should be rectified to remove reference to a feasibility study being completed within 36 months, and why the condition linking the timing of the back-in right to the production of a feasibility study was for the sole benefit of TNR and, therefore, could be waived by TNR. TNR has brought a Counterclaim which seeks a positive declaration from the court that TNR's April 23, 2010 back-in notice is valid and enforceable.
We encourage interested parties to review the Amended Statement of Defence and Counterclaim in their entirety on our website for a better understating of our position. The link for this information is as follows:

Canada Zinc Metals: Tongling Nonferrous Metals Group Holdings Co. Ltd. Exercises Share Purchase Warrants CZX.v, TNR.v, LIN.to, BHP, FCX, BLS.to,

Tongling exercises its warrants at 20% premium to the market today (0.50CAD) - it is a very positive sign of commitment. Will shareholders in TNR Gold wake up one morning with new Chinese connection one day?

Canada Zinc Metals CZX.v now has very prominent shareholders - players in Zinc market like Chinese Tongling and Lunding Mining LUN.to. Togling has paid for 13% in the company price of 0.425CAD above even today's level of 0.4CAD.
We have called the company and can share with you some information for your further consideration. Please do not take anything as an investment advise and contact the company to verify all information.
We will see in the nearest future, whether this market represent to us again opportunity to step in the Commodity Super Cycle and the more boring and forgotten story seems to be - the best value you can get with all proper investigation of management and property strengths."

With rising Zinc prices value in the ground is rising as well, another value driver is exploration: company has set anagressive exploration program for this summer season now.
"2010 AKIE PROPERTY EXPLORATION PROGRAM
Canada Zinc Metals Corp.'s planning is progressing well for the 2010 exploration program on its flagship, 100-per-cent-owned Akie zinc-lead property, located in northeastern British Columbia, approximately 260 kilometres north-northwest of the community of Mackenzie.
The objectives of this program on the Akie property are twofold:
To test the permissive Gunsteel formation -- Road River Group stratigraphy present along strike to the northwest of the Cardiac Creek deposit for the continuation of this mineralization;
To further explore the highly prospective North lead anomaly, located approximately 2.2 kilometres to the northwest of the Cardiac Creek deposit, which is underlain by similar geology. Previous drilling has encountered massive sulphides containing sphalerite and galena (0.8 metre grading 11.60 per cent Zn and 9.05 per cent Pb), sulphide replacement (pyrite, sphalerite, galena) of an underlying footwall debris flow and quartz-carbonate alteration of footwall rocks, all suggestive of proximity to a vent zone."

"This stock represents an opportunity to invest in Chinese Infrastructure via Zinc resource development in Canada. Who will be the final suitor of Akie Chinese Tongling or Lundin Mining? "Strategic investment" in TNR Gold with its upcoming focused Lithium play - International Lithium Corp. adds some spice to the picture with solid resource base in the stable mining environment.
"
Canada Zinc Metals CZX.v will be another example of Chinese expansion into Canada. Canadian Juniors will be the most exited public with all recent developments, interesting to note, that sector is building reversal which is more aggressive than USD and Gold pace of changing direction - we have a bullish candle and Free White Soldiers, bullish reversal will be confirmed with crossing MA50."

Canada Zinc Metals: 2010 AKIE PROPERTY EXPLORATION PROGRAM CZX.v, LUN.to, FCX, RTP, BHP, HBM.to, NG.to

Canada Zinc Metals CZX.v stays as a wild card in the game with Chinese Tongling owning 13%. With recent activity in share price of CZX.v, we will not be surprised that Canaccord is right and company will be taken out at one stage. In this case Chinese Tongling as a shareholders in TNR Gold will add spice to the game around this huge Copper and gold mine in Argentina."

Will be interesting to see whether Tongling will exercise its warrants at 0.6CAD this month, drilling program will continue to define resources at this deposit with open blue sky potential of further discoveries in this prospective region and everybody is waiting for the next move by Chinese company.

Jay Taylor Watch List "In Our Sights": TNR Gold corp.: TNR.v, CZX.v, MAI.to, ABX, NG.to, WLC.v, CLQ.v, RM.v, SQM, FMC, ROC, GOOG, AAPL, FCX, RIMM, F

"TNR Gold Corp. is employing the project generator model. For those of you who may not know what a project generator model is, a word of explanation is in order. “Project generators” are companies that pick up early stage exploration ground when there are historical or scientific reasons to believe a property is prospective for a given mineral. Because these properties are obtained at an early stage of development, the cost of obtaining them is very low.As a project generator, TNR then uses its intellectual capital rather than hard currency capital to add value to its shareholders. By carrying out relatively low cost early exploration work, it demonstrates with greater confidence, the potential for a given property to host an economically viable mineral deposit. At that point in time, TNR hopes to bring in other companies that are willing and able to spend considerably more money to explore and advance those prospects toward production. TNR will generally retain a carried interest in those prospects into the future or at least a Net Smelter Return on any future production from the property. The prospect generator model is in theory a less risky model because, if other companies are spending considerable amounts of money, they can reduce the number of shares issued to raise capital."

Company update:

TNR Gold Corp. has entered into a letter agreement with Cricket Capital Corp. on the Company's 100% owned Forgan Lake property located 125km northeast of Thunder Bay, OntarioIn addition, the Company has commenced drilling at the Mariana Lithium brine project in Argentina, and it has increased its land position in Nevada to 5,285 hectares through staking and has commenced a geophysical program on its Mud Lake project, Nye County, Nevada. The Company proposed to waive the production of a feasibility study and exercise its right to acquire 25% of the northern half of the properties for Minera Andes' Los Azules Project in Argentina.
TNR established June 8, 2010 as a date of the meeting date for shareholder approval of the previously announced spin-out of TNR's lithium and rare metals assets into its wholly-owned subsidiary, International Lithium Corp. TNR shareholders of record on the date of the spinout, planned for late June or early July, will receive one share and one fully tradable warrant of International Lithium Corp. for every 4 shares of TNR."

Goldstone Resources: Premier expands NN Zone mineralization at Hardrock including 22.97 g/t Au across 24.8 metres GRC.to, PG.to, GG, NEM, ABX, FCX,

Premier Gold delivers another set of very impressive results in this Canadian Gold discovery play. Resources will have a nice boost later this year with this kind of intercepts! Stock is due to rebound on the technicals above.

Premier expands NN Zone mineralization at Hardrock including 22.97 g/t Au across 24.8 metres

April 26 /CNW/ - PREMIER GOLD MINES LIMITED (TSX:PG - News) is pleased to announce that drilling continues to expand near-surface mineralization at the Hardrock Project in Northwestern Ontario. Current drilling is targeting both open pit and underground style zones with the 2010 program aimed at increasing the current gold resource. Recent expansion drilling in the NN Zone has returned some of the best intersections to-date in this horizon including:
- 22.97 grams per tonne gold (g/t Au) across 24.8 metres (m) (0.67 oz/ton across 81.4 feet) contained within 43.3 m grading 13.42 g/t Au (0.39 oz/ton across 143.0 feet) in hole MM117
- 7.87 g/t Au across 19.8 m (or 0.23 oz/ton across 65.0 feet) in hole MM105
- 2.20 g/t Au across 41.4 m (0.06 oz/ton across 135.8 feet) in hole MM113
- 2.25 g/t Au across 24.5 m (0.07 oz/ton across 80.4 feet) in hole MM099
- High Grade intercepts up to 164.36 g/t Au across 3.3 m (4.80 oz/ton across 10.8 feet)
Drilling in the NN Zone continues to expand mineralization up-dip,down-dip and along strike. Mineralization in the main pit area, which includesthe NN and EP Zones, has now been defined over a strike length of some 1.4kilometres and remains open to the west. The NN Zone has the potential to hostsignificant open-pit and underground style resources as further demonstratedby previously released intersections that include 6.42g/t Au across 22.4m(0.24 oz/ton across 73.5 feet) in hole MM040, 39.15g/t Au across 3.6m (1.14oz/ton across 11.8 feet) in hole MM048 and 6.91 g/t Au across 18.7 m (0.20oz/ton across 61.4 feet) in hole MM074.
"Drilling in the NN Zone continues to intersect some of the highest grade near-surface mineralization on the Property that could be mined by open pit methods in the early stages of potential operations at Hardrock," stated Ewan Downie, President of Premier. "These results bolster the significant resources already defined on the Property and demonstrate the excellent potential to materially increase resources in 2010".
The NN Zone is one of several potential open pit zones that comprise the "Main Area" at Hardrock that was subject to a NI43-101 compliant resource announced earlier in 2010. The expected future addition of the Kailey deposit, which is separate from the Main Area, and the current expansion drilling in the NN Zone continues to suggest the potential for the Hardrock Project to host a multi-million ounce gold resource.
The current drilling is focused on defining and expanding the limits of a large mineralized system within the NN Zone area of the Northern Iron Formation with two drill rigs. The plunge of the NN Zone is shallow to the west and it remains open for expansion. Recent drilling down dip continues to confirm wide zones of mineralization within the NN Zone. New drill results from the NN Zone are contained in Table 1.

Gold in Canada: Goldstone Reports Best Intercept To-Date From Deep Drilling at Hardrock Project GRC.to, PG.to, GG, ABX, GDX, HUI, XAU, NEM, AUY, FCX,

With this kind of interceptions 5.37 g/t (0.16 oz/t) gold across 57.1m (187.3 feet), even management's games around the new shaping Gold Deposit at Hardrock can not ruin the development - they can provide only buying opportunity, like we had couple of weeks ago. It even looked at one point that Premier Gold will be able to snap both newly combined companies for the price of Roxmark Mines last Fall alone. Management of Roxmark Mines was never the strong hand in the game...apart the fact that they brought Premier Gold as an operator. Game has changed overnight, Roxmark Mines was one of the top stocks with its performance last year and will, hopefully, do the same trick this season with resource estimations scheduled in the Q1 2010.

"We are interested in Hardrock property shaping into a gold deposit with very impressive intersections. We wish our Lithium plays have a partner like Premier Gold. 43-101 resource estimation was promised before by the end 2009, now we have another indication of Q1 2010. We are expecting deposit to be larger then 2 mil OZ Gold inferred resources. Any surprise to the upside will provide further revaluation in Goldstone Resources Inc. 5.37 g/t (0.16 oz/t) gold across 57.1m (187.3 feet)

Press Release Source: Goldstone Resources Inc. On Monday February 22, 2010, 11:33 am EST
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Feb. 22, 2010) - Goldstone Resources Inc. (TSX:GRC - News; PINK SHEETS:GRSZF - News) today announced that deep step-out drilling at the Hardrock Project, including the deepest hole ever drilled to test the North Zone horizon, has returned multiple zones of gold mineralization including the best intercept drilled to date.
The Hardrock Project is a joint venture with Premier Gold Mines Limited (TSX:PG - News) as operator in which Goldstone holds a 30% carried interest. Drilling there continues to define high-grade gold within several sub-zones within the main North Zone below the bottom level which was historically mined.
Drill Hole MM092, representing the initial hole from which additional wedge holes will be drilled, and hole MM092A (the first wedge hole) have intersected multiple lenses of gold mineralization. Combined the three zones assayed 5.37 grams per tonne gold (g/t Au) across 57.1 metres (m) or 0.16 oz/ton across 187.3 feet, with sub-zone intervals that include 7.79 g/t Au (0.23 oz/ton) across 13.9 m (45.6 feet), 8.92 g/t Au (0.26 oz/ton) across 6.0 m (19.7 feet) and 7.56 g/t Au (0.22 oz/ton) across 16.0 m (52.5 feet). MM092A intersected multiple zones including 7.59 g/t Au (0.22 oz/ton) across 23.3 m (76.4 feet) with a higher grade interval of 11.36 g/t Au (0.33 oz/ton) across 9.4 m (30.8 feet). This drilling tested the North Zone deeper and along strike from initial deep drilling that returned multiple high-grade intersections that include 39.20 g/t Au across 4.8 m, 8.41 g/t Au across 22.9 m and 10.05 g/t Au across 24.2 m, further confirming that the North Zone is wide open for expansion at depth.
"We are pleased with continuing excellent results at the Hardrock Project," said J. Patrick Sheridan, Goldstone Chief Executive Officer. "They are a strong evidence to support our longstanding belief that the Beardmore-Geraldton camp is underexplored."
The first seven holes drilled by Premier to test the down-dip potential of the mined portion of the North Zone have all intersected multiple zones of gold mineralization up to 125 metres below the bottom mine level and are profiled on longitudinal section in Figure 1.
To view Figure 1, please visit the following link: http://media3.marketwire.com/docs/hardrockprojectFig1.pdf
The North Zone was previously mined to a depth of 616 metres (2,022 feet) with production of three (3) million tons at a recovered grade of 0.22 oz/ton (7.54g/t Au). The North Zone had been mined along a total plunge length of one kilometre (km) and mineralization has now been extended another 250 m along that plunge below the bottom of the McLeod Mine. For comparison, the F Zone is also open at depth and is indicated in mining and historic underground drilling for over 3.5 km along its plunge
Table 1 summarizes the gold intercepts in holes MM092 and 92A in addition to previously announced results from the first section drilled some 50 metres to the east:

Four drills are currently active at Hardrock, testing both open pit and underground type targets. Several potential open pit zones have been delineated and will be included into a NI43-101 compliant resource estimate that is expected to be completed in the near future (initial open pit resource). Drilling will continue to expand the open pit zones and delineate underground-style zones of mineralization that will be included in an updated resource at the end of the 2010 drill program.
At Hardrock, significant potential exists for developing resources in several areas including:
-- Open pit-style mineralization in the main areas, the Tenacity, EP (includes NN) and Kailey Zones. Significant results to-date include 15.97g/t Au across 32.1 m and 4.13g/t Au across 18.9 m in the Tenacity Zone, 5.2g/t Au across 37.0 m and 19.0g/t Au across 11.3 m in the EP Zone, 6.4g/t Au across 22.4 m and 52.9g/t Au across 7.9 m in the NN Zone, and 1.47 g/t Au across 162.0 m and 2.16g/t Au across 92.2 m in the Kailey Zone;

-- Underground-style mineralization in the SP Zone where drilling has returned numerous significant intercepts including 6.6g/t Au across 32.6 m and 9.7g/t Au across 11.8 m;

-- New high-grade, narrow-vein targets, including the HGN discovery where recent drilling has intersected significant visible gold with intercepts that include 1,141.5g/t Au (33.3 oz/ton) across 2.0 m and 49.8g/t Au across 6.0 m, and potentially three new recently intersected zones where assays are pending;

-- Historical (non NI 43-101 compliant) resource blocks that reside within the mine workings; and

-- Main mined zones which are open below the 600m Level as tested by holes MM050, MM079 and MM092.
The Hardrock Project is host to several past-producing mines, which collectively produced nearly 3.0 million ounces of gold primarily from shallow depths within 600 metres of surface between 1938-1968. The area benefits from development advantages with the Trans-Canada Highway, Trans-Canada Pipeline, and major power lines running through the center of the property.
Stephen McGibbon, P. Geo., is the Qualified Person for the information contained in this news release and is a Qualified Person within the meaning of National Instrument 43-101. Assay results are from core samples sent to Activation Laboratories, an accredited mineral analysis laboratory in Ancaster, Ontario, for preparation and analysis utilizing both fire assay and screen metallic methods.

Senior Chinese military officers have proposed that their country sell some U.S. bonds to punish Washington TNR.v, BVG.v, GRC.to, ASM.v, NGQ.to, HUI

China's response to stupidity (or calculated situation?) will be asymmetrical, unexpected and unusual: when you have more than a billion people and more than a pile of cash - you have brains and options to chose from. In U.S., on another hand, there are just a few options to go from here (war will be the calculated one) to avoid Depression and Burden of Debt: one will be to inflate it out and destroy the US Dollar, but start transition of economy into post oil dimension with Electric Cars and trans national train system. This approach will involve honesty, budget cuts and severe constrain on military complex. And you will have to keep your lenders happy: open the markets and not annoy them every minute. If military complex will get its upper hand over Obama we can expect another option: U.S. falling years behind China in Electric Space. War now is always economic. While U.S. spend billions to protect oil communication lines all over the world, China is moving fast into post oil environment dramatically cutting cost of it manufacturing base. China understands that low wage cost advantage will have to give up with time - they need to keep work force happy, but transition in Energy Space will bring China Energy Security, undermine U.S. military machine focused on Oil routes ocean domination and will bring another economic advantage in the form of much lower transportation cost. Nuclear Power developments in China support our point of view. What will be the response from Obama? We all have counted on the banks Too Big to Fail - they have failed and financial system is still in rubbles, now some are counting on "they will lose more if they sell" - is it another Big If in the making? Who can be sure?

US Dollar now definitely looks tired and made a Sell Signal. Scare about sovereign debts and Greece particularly helped to sell few more billions of IOU, now reality will be settling in: Sovereign Debt Crisis is here on American soil - California is broken as U.S. itself with Budget Deficit over 10% now, compare it to Europe 6%. Greece will be baled out. Who will bail out USA?
"Chart at the top does not give a lot of room for error like Google freedom of search exercise in China or weapons delivery to Taiwan. Henry Paulson shared in his book that Russians were talking Chinese into selling Agencies' Debt (FNM and FRE) just before the crisis hit the world. Chinese apparently did not use the moment and "even provided support" for FED and US Treasury actions in the market during unfolding of economic crisis in 2008. They still have those "weapons of mass distraction" - billions of US IOU. And if we can agree that nobody, including Chinese, needs US Dollar Collapse overnight, we can not believe that U.S has the luxury to drive them mad with Taiwan and recent announcements about Obama meeting with Dalai Lama. Short term signals are difficult to read, but US Dollar chart above does not suggest a run away drive at the moment - recent US Dollar rally looks tired. Please, do not forget Obama's success or what has left out of his rock-n-roll appearance depends on Jobs, not US Dollar chart."

We have a small surprise from our lenders:

Gold is building base for double bottom reversal.

China builds stakes in Canadian mining
Canada Zinc Metals CZX.v will be another example of Chinese expansion into Canada.

Canadian Juniors will be the most exited public with all recent developments, interesting to note, that sector is building reversal which is more aggressive than USD and Gold pace of changing direction - we have a bullish candle and Free White Soldiers, bullish reversal will be confirmed with crossing MA50.

Reuters:

The calls for broad retaliation over the planned U.S. weapons sales to the disputed island came from officers at China's National Defence University and Academy of Military Sciences, interviewed by Outlook Weekly, a Chinese-language magazine published by the official Xinhua news agency.
The interviews with Major Generals Zhu Chenghu and Luo Yuan and Senior Colonel Ke Chunqiao appeared in the issue published on Monday.
The People's Liberation Army (PLA) plays no role in setting policy for China's foreign exchange holdings. Officials in charge of that area have given no sign of any moves to sell U.S. Treasury bonds over the weapons sales, a move that could alarm markets and damage the value of China's own holdings.
While far from representing fixed government policy, the open demands for retaliation by the PLA officers underscored the domestic pressures on Beijing to deliver on its threats to punish the Obama administration over the arms sales.
"Our retaliation should not be restricted to merely military matters, and we should adopt a strategic package of counter-punches covering politics, military affairs, diplomacy and economics to treat both the symptoms and root cause of this disease," said Luo Yuan, a researcher at the Academy of Military Sciences.
"Just like two people rowing a boat, if the United States first throws the strokes into chaos, then so must we."
Luo said Beijing could "attack by oblique means and stealthy feints" to make its point in Washington.
"For example, we could sanction them using economic means, such as dumping some U.S. government bonds," Luo said.
The warnings from the PLA come after weeks of strains between Washington and Beijing, who have also been at odds over Internet controls and hacking, trade and currency quarrels, and President Barack Obama's planned meeting with the Dalai Lama, the exiled Tibetan leader reviled by China as a "separatist."
MILITARY SPENDING BOOST
Chinese has blasted the United States over the planned $6.4 billion arms package for Taiwan unveiled in late January, saying it will sanction U.S. firms that sell weapons to the self-ruled island that Beijing considers a breakaway province of China.
China is likely to unveil its official military budget for 2010 next month, when the Communist Party-controlled national parliament meets for its annual session.
The PLA officers suggested that budget should mirror China's ire toward Washington.
"Clearly propose that due to the threat in the Taiwan Sea, we are increasing military spending," said Luo.
Last year, the government set the official military budget at 480.7 billion yuan ($70.4 billion), a 14.9 percent rise on the one in 2008, continuing a nearly unbroken succession of double-digit increases over more than two decades.
The fresh U.S. arms sales threatened Chinese military installations on the mainland coast facing Taiwan, and "this gives us no choice but to increase defense spending and adjust (military) deployments," said Zhu Chenghu, a major general at China's National Defence University in Beijing.
In 2005, Zhu stirred controversy by suggesting China could use nuclear weapons if the United States intervened militarily in a conflict over Taiwan.
The United States switched official recognition from Taiwan to China in 1979. But the Taiwan Relations Act, passed the same year, guarantees Taiwan a continued supply of defensive weapons.
China has the world's biggest pile of foreign currency reserves, much of it held in U.S. treasury debt. China held $798.9 billion in U.S. Treasuries at end-October.
But any attempt to use that stake against Washington would probably maul the value of China's own dollar-denominated assets.
China has condemned previous arms sales, but has taken little action in response to them. But Luo said the country's growing strength meant that time has passed.
"China's attitude and actions over U.S. weapons sales to Taiwan will be increasingly tough," the magazine cited him as saying. "That is inevitable with rising national strength."
